Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

Thank you to everyone who attended the parent's meeting.  Here is a brief overview of our upcoming year:

  • Everyone that is registered thru NICA is a team member.  Some may choose to race and some may just enjoy riding.  There is a place for everyone.

  • We would encourage everyone to attend the first meet Sep 8/9th at Marysville.  There is an adventure track and a competitive track.  If your student rider isn't sure about racing this is a great weekend to see it all happen plus take part in many other extra events and be a great part of the team.

For meet weekends:

  • Race registration is thru the REGISTER link on the http://www.pamtb.org site under the Race Series tab. You register your student rider for each race individually.

  • If you aren't racing we encourage you to come for all the team activities.

  • The Race flyers will give you the layout of the weekend.

Food:

We used SignUp last year and it worked well.  This is the part we depend on the parents for a lot.  We supply the team Saturday night dinner, Sunday breakfast and Sunday lunch plus snacks and drinks.  The links will come out thru Team Snap notifications.

Camping/lodging:

Caz Nelson is our guru.  Most likely we will camp at least the first four meets. Generally there is a group reservation and it ends up being about $5 per person or thereabouts. Notifications out thru Team Snap on where we are camping.

Misc:

For racing take the time to read the PreRace Checklist, NICA Rule handbook and Race Prep under the Race Series tab on the http://www.pamtb.org site.

Additional info at the team website and team Facebook sites.

Any questions, ask any coach or 2nd year parent. We had a great time last year, we have a great bunch of kids that really take care of one another and we are all looking forward to a great 2nd year.
